Happy September Rotarians!

This month brings the beginning of cooler weather, changing leaves, football, and...OUR ANNUAL GOLF OUTING!

We had an exciting August with international guest from both Scotland and Germany visiting our club this month.  We also had a visit from Past District Governor Melanie McCoy to present Immediate Past President Chris Girard with his Presidential Citation for guiding our club to meet all of our 23-24 goals.  Congratulations to us all!

This September we want to see you at our meetings!  There is nothing like seeing friends and colleagues, sharing happy and hard luck bucks, and encountering a friendly face at every table.  It is easy to say "I'll go next week", but let's make every week in September the week that we see you at Drift!

President Hutter shared that Carrie Schultz has accepted an invitation to serve on the club's Board of Directors.  Carrie will fill the vacancy created by Kelley Kent agreeing to be President-Nominee.  Welcome Carrie!

We still need teams and hole sponsors for our September 16th golf outing at Maple Leaf Golf Course.  Please contact Carrie Strohkirch at 989-313-2034 if you would like to register or sponsor.  A link for the registration flyer is below - please share with anyone you know who would like to support our charitable foundation.  This fundraiser provides funds that the Club grants out each year - approximately $10,000 - to local nonprofit organizations.

(See below for more information on how you can continue to support this event which raises money for our annual community grants.)

Register a team, sponsor a hole, volunteer - there is something for everyone!
